Best Practices:

• Send the link to your book (Google Docs works best) and any specific notes for us.
• Please email it to: EditKDP@gmail.com by the first date in the listing title (if May 1-5, please send before May 1). 
• Do not open the Google Doc while we edit (it makes the process slower), and do not alter your book while we edit. Any changes made after we begin the process will result in additional charge.
• We'll deliver by end of business on the date in the listing title.
• We offer one revision of the entire document.
• We offer basic fact checking (such as spelling of names or locations). Fact checking on a larger scale is considered on a case-by-case basis and will result in an additional charge. This includes things like, but not limited to: statistics, recipes, measurements, political or religious beliefs, historical events, etc. 
• We will deliver our changes via Track Changes so you can accept or reject them. We will also leave notes within the document for you to consider. 
• If you want us to make the changes so you don't have to go through Track Changes, just let us know.
